Overview

You are required to carry out a case study analysis which informs the business’s strategy management. You are expected to apply your learning from this module to critically analyse and evaluate the business’s external and internal environment, synthesise the outcomes, and make recommendations for the business’s future strategic management.

The task must be carried out by each student individually and independently. Firstly, choose a business or brand for your case study task from the below list:
