Choose a recreational sport organisation that you are familiar with or that interests you.

(a) Name the recreational sport organisation and state its mission. (10 marks)

(b) Draw the organisational structure of the recreational sport association to explain how the five organisational sectors of the recreational sport organisation (Barcelona, Wells & Arthur-Banning, 2016) contribute to the mission of the organisation in not more than 500 words. Word count does not include the diagram. (30 marks)

(c) Provide details on the number of volunteers, their roles and responsibilities in the recreational sport organisation. Describe THREE (3) best management practices of the recreational sport organisation using the volunteers in not more than 300 words. ( 30 marks)

(d)  Discuss TWO (2) ways the recreational sport organisation can improve its volunteer management practices in not more than 200 words. (20 marks)

(e)  Adherence to academic writing, organisation, word limit, use of APA 7th edition for citations and quality supplementary research (such as peer reviewed journal articles) are expectation.
