Assignment Brief:

You are required to select a UK-based organization with an established L&D team. This can be a private or a public organization. You will conduct comprehensive research on the organization's L&D strategy and objectives, and then critically appraise two L&D theories/models in terms of their effectiveness in improving employee wellbeing. The main aim of this report is to apply the theories practically in the workplace in the UK.
