Part 1 requires you to critically analyse and evaluate a selection (either 2 or 3 – not more) of business leaders of your choosing using the concepts that have been introduced in the module to determine what makes them an effective, ineffective or partially effective leader and what we can learn from them about business leadership.
Introduce the business leaders that will be analysed and evaluated. Give an overview of topics such as their career, examples of successes (and perhaps failures), personality, expertise, values, situational factors and any other information that provides insights that can be used to evaluate their leadership.
