• JIT and Lean supply chain

Consider the following issues in your presentation:

1)  Introduction and rationale: Start with an introduction and a very brief explanation of your rationale for a selected topic
2)  Situation analysis:

• Identify and discuss positive impacts of the chosen technology on the operations/ supply chain management at the organisation, with the focus on the two chosen topics
•   Identify and discuss challenges to implementation of the digital technology at the organisation

3)  Problem solving

• Critically discuss how the theories, tools, or techniques covered in this module could help the organisation resolve the challenges
•   Crucially, provide a rationale for why you believe those approaches are suitable or unsuitable for this particular organisation.
• Explain how you collected and analysed the data which are to support arguments.

4)  Conclusion

• Draw a logical conclusion with generalised findings.
