Task: You are required to reflect on your leadership experiences during three distinct seminar practical sessions within the module. Each of the practical sessions included must be different to the practical sessions submitted in the original Assessment. 

You will analyse your roles and apply relevant leadership theories to evaluate your potential and readiness to lead:

Introduction [LO1]: Demonstrate Leadership Potential 

Utilise the profiling approaches introduced in the module to illustrate your leadership potential. Explain the significance of your scores/ratings and their implications for your leadership.

Main Body [LO2]: For each of the three roles you undertook, use the subheadings shown: 

Role Identification

Briefly describe each of the three roles distinct from those submitted in the original assessment that you fulfilled during the practical sessions. Use concise and focused descriptions to highlight your contributions.
 
Theoretical Analysis 

For each role, provide a thorough review of the class-taught theories that align with your leadership actions. Discuss how these theories informed your approach and decision-making. Choose theories different to those submitted in the original assessment. 

Conclusion [LO4]

Evaluation of Leadership Readiness

Synthesise your findings from the introduction and main body. Present a well-informed evaluation of your readiness to lead, drawing on your established profiles, in-class experiences, and relevant theories. Consider key elements such as exhibited qualities, team orientation, default reactions, handling adversity, emotional intelligence, and followership styles.

Leadership Development Intervention Plan

Based on your analyses in sections 1-3, develop a practical leadership development intervention plan. This plan should focus on both your ‘self-leadership’ and your approach to ‘leading the team,’ utilizing insights from the module materials only.
