For your chosen company, you should review the current marketing communications strategy and tactics. This should include:
Your Presentation should include no more than 8 slides.
Seminar time each week within Semester 1 will be given over to the task to ensure you have enough time to research, plan and practice the Presentation.
Presentations should be produced using PowerPoint so that the slides can be submitted via Turnitin
The Presentation should include supporting references from both academic and industry sources, e.g. Mintel, Euromonitor, gov.uk, Ofcom.
References (use the University Harvard referencing system, support is available through the library.
You will receive guidance each week during the Seminar sessions. You will have the opportunity to discuss your work with your tutors and seek advice on all areas of the Presentation
You will also receive additional support and guidance around Presentation Skills through a dedicated workshop session.
Library Services will deliver a session advising on how to source relevant industry information and reference correctly.
The Presentation must be recorded in PowerPoint and should clearly show your student number. You should submit your work by the 3 pm deadline on 19th December 2024. You should submit your work to Blackboard, which is available via MyDay. You are required to keep a copy of the work handed in.
