TASK INSTRUCTION:

You are an engineer at a construction company. Your company has received a tender to build a residential house. As the engineer, you are required to prepare the following items to be presented to the client.

• Plan for construction of the required residential area
• Your project should consist of;
• Detail of project (including organisation chart, company profile)
• Pricing and Contracting (including tender)
• Planning of sources – labor, materials, equipment, etc
• Detail drawing (location plan, lay out, floor plan, etc)
• Project scheduling
• Cost estimation
• Handing over process
• Prepare a 3 D model/ graphic of the project to give a clear view on the every unit proposed
• Analyze any risk of damage to the construction projects and public and conduct a project review with team members.
• Prepare a detail report for every activity, that included;
