What am I required to do in this assignment? 

• You are required to make notes and upload these no later than 24 hours before the in-class test. Notes must be referenced. 
• You may have a copy of the notes that you uploaded with you on the day of the test. 
• You will be provided with a case study of a real-life health service. 
• You are required to answer a series of questions that demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the factors that need to be considered regarding delivery and on-going development of that service and how these can be addressed. 
• In your answers, you must show your knowledge of the wider socio-political and socio-economic factors that strengthen or limit service delivery
