The National Arts Council wants help to organise a new arts festival for children and youth for the June holidays 2025. They have some events in mind, and this list includes:

• An exhibition of artworks by pioneer artists of Singapore to educate children and youth
• An interactive performance by a local theatre company on the topic of bullying
• A concert by talented local young musicians
• A traditional dance performance by a local dance company (choose either Chinese, Eurasian, Indian or Malay traditional dance)A skateboarding
• showcase and display of artistic skateboards
• Educational workshops by local writers, performing artists or visual artists

Proposal Requirements

The proposal should address the following points:

• Explain what the arts event entails
• Identify a possible local venue for this event
• The features of the venue that make it ideal for this event
• The process of hiring the venue for the event
• The technical and front-of-house requirements
