Your task:

• In the context of the International Leadership and Management module, outline the main issues and factors that shape or affect minorities' leadership positions and application for such, and their role as leaders within organisations as perceived by employees and peers. Based on your reading of the article, analyse, and critically evaluate the content of the article in the light of theories and ideas presented in the module. Using both the article and module content, identify the practical implications/recommendations for ethnic minorities who are either in leadership roles or within the job application process for such.
• To ensure depth of analysis, use Leadership theories and models, particularly from the module to explain your view. Pay attention to the interconnectedness amongst different theories/models instead of isolating them.
• In addition, critically analyse insights and recommendations you would offer to ethnic minority leaders and others based on the article's discussions. 
• Produce a concluding statement summarising some of the key issues and provide relevant recommendations to recruiters.
