This assignment is an  individual  assignment.  This assignment requires you to complete the following:

For a company of your choice (from CW1 only) put a Social Media Marketing plan together to develop their online presence and manage their online reputation (see recommendations you made in CW1). Also, use an example of a crisis/issue they have had and how they could apply crisis management techniques to overcome such issues in the future. 

You can use the SOSTAC framework or another marketing planning process model to support your plan.

Suggested report structure of your report:

  • Situation
  • Objectives
  • Strategy
  • Tactics
  • Action
  • Control (including crisis management)

You are required to make use of headings, paragraphs, and subsections as appropriate. Your report should be written in a concise, formal business style using 1.5 spacing, typeface in TimesNew Roman or Arial and font size 12.

A bibliography should be provided using APA 7th  edition referencing or Harvard Referencesystem. Inaccurate use of referencing may lead to issues of plagiarism if not applied correctly. 

You are advised to write between 3,000 words. There will be a penalty of a deduction of 10% ofthe mark (after internal moderation) for work exceeding the word limit by 10% or more. The word limit includes quotations and citations but excludes the references list.
