Assignment 2 – Produce a 2500-word research proposal in an area of interest from the field of health and social care. The proposal should be built up on your research diary, demonstrating academic writing skills and appropriate referencing style.

In your research proposal you should

Select an appropriate research topic and justify your choice, including by identifying a gap in currently available research evidence. (LO3).
Identify and justify research methods appropriate for your proposed research project. (LO1)
Identify ethical challenges and decisions you might encounter when conducting your proposed research and evaluate the various ways in which these might be managed. (LO2)
