The Individual Reflection presents an account of your individual experience on the project, with the  focus beingupon the new skills you have gained or developed in terms of your employability, career readiness and graduateattributes. It should provide a clear picture of the 'story' that unfolded as the consultancy intervention progressed,covering both your emerging grasp of the substantive content of the study and well as a summary of your work as aconsultant.   Your   reflection   must   include   both   your   experience   of   working   within   the   consultancy   group   andpresenting your ideas to your client, as well as your view of the group's management of the relationship with the client.

Normally this document would include:

• Summary of the project and its achievement (this should be brief and for context only)
• Discussion of project management
• Reflection on client engagement and presentation experience
• Consideration of the methodology employed
• Assessment of the choice of any analytical methods used
• Retrospective appraisal of the consultancy choices made
• Reflection on lessons learned from this project and your individual learning throughout the interventionprocess set within the context of your employability
• Substantive use of relevant theory
• A SMART action plan for your continuing professional development
