You are required to write a 2,000-word (+/-10%) case study on Brian Chesky of Airbnb and Sir Richard Branson of Virgin Group; and compare the impact of leadership on their respective organisations. 

Brian Chesky is recognized for his role in revolutionizing the travel industry through digital platforms, while Sir Richard Branson is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach to tourism and hospitality.

The comparison should focus on key themes of employee motivation, organisational effectiveness, and change management. You are required to meet all the 5 Module Learning Outcomes listed below.
