2024 Unit HSYP8102 Determinants of Health AT2 5-minute podcast Assessment Brief

Prepare a 5-minute Podcast that 

• identifies a vulnerable population 

• discusses at least two (2) social determinants that contribute to inequality among this population 

• describes, in the current context, how these inequalities may have been  exacerbated by recent events eg economic stresses and the ‘cost of living’ crisis,  

• discusses theories/frameworks that are relevant, 

• identifies potential methods of addressing these inequalities which may  be particularly relevant for Australia 

Podcasts can be in the form of a discussion, opinion piece, interview or press conference. Be as creative as you like but if you interview someone else, you must speak for at least 4 minutes of the 5 minute podcast.
