Assignment Brief:

This assessment allows you to demonstrate your understanding of strategic analysis and your ability to apply relevant tools and frameworks to a real-life organization/business.

You will develop a concise and visually appealing poster presenting your analysis and proposed future strategy for the chosen organization.

Task:

1. Select an organization/business: Choose a publicly traded company or a well-known organization operating in an industry of your interest.
2. Conduct a strategic analysis: Use one tools and frameworks covered in the module, such as SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, Porter's Five Forces, VRIO, and Value Chain analysis, to thoroughly assess the organization's internal and external environment, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
3. Develop a future strategy: Based on your analysis, propose a realistic and sustainable future strategy for the organization. Consider factors such as the organization's mission, values, resources, and competitive landscape.
4. Create an academic poster: Design a visually appealing and informative poster presenting your analysis and proposed strategy. The poster should include:

• Brief organizational background and overview.
• Key findings from your strategic analysis (e.g.,SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis)
• Clearly defined strategic objectives and goals.
• Description of the proposed future strategy,including specific actions and initiatives.
• Justification for the chosen strategy and expected outcomes.
• References and citations for any sources used
• It is expected you will have at least 3 references in APA format provided in the appendix.
