1.0 Background

This project is to deliver the Improvement of services to Fitzwilliam Park in Dublin 2.  The funding of €1,000,000 has been donated by an unnamed millionaire.

The donation has been donated subject to Marcin Consulting Limited delivering the project management and budget ownership in trust of the Donor.

The Objective is to deliver the following (subject to Public liability insurance being achieved and permission from local authorities, residents and Dublin City Council);

  • Improve tree layout
  • Construction of a children’s playground
  • Construction of the Skateboard area
  • New fencing around the park
  • New Lighting
  • Security and ongoing maintenance (subject to approval from DCC)

This Project Manager's Brief is to compile pricing from Contractors and include a quotation for the client to approve via a formal acceptance process.  Included in the costs should be the project manager's costs.
