Task 1 of 2

Prepare a case study about the principles of health and safety management and its organisational systems. The following sections should be included:  assessment criteria  1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4

(Word count: max 2,000 words +/- 10% leeway). Case study in Word format

1.0 A detailed explanation of the organisation, name of the organisation, nature of the organisation’s operations, organisational structure or description of the organisation's structure, including the type of work carried out, number of employees and sites.

1.1. A detailed explanation of the organisation’s performance objectives and targets and their roles in effective Health and Safety Management.

1.2 A detailed explanation of the key aspects of effective health and safety management systems within the organisation

1.3 Identify an appropriate recording and communication system for health and safety information and evaluate its effectiveness in managing and distributing information within the organisation

1.4 Carry out a critical evaluation on the organisation’s health and safety management systems, including its integration with other organisational management systems (for example, Quality Management System and Human Resources) and provide recommendations for further developments
