LO4. As a student, perform a reflective analysis on a critical incident that happened in your group during the 010 round table discussion using Gibbs' reflective cycle. Demonstrate the intellectual, practical, affective and transferable skills acquired from the module.
Using Gibbs' (1988) model of reflection, provide an individual reflective account as a STUDENT on a critical incident you identified within your group when preparing for the presentation of your 010 assignment. Focus on your learning and development as a health and social care student.

c) Students should explain the reasons and causes for the evidence relating to reflection - 10 marks.
d) Identify what didn't work well from the incident 20 marks.
Provision of tabulated 5 SMART goals suited to health and social care students- 30 marks
a) Students should highlight some skills to work on, that might benefit their chosen profession in future throughout the essay, hence developing profession-specific targets. 10 marks
b) Students should demonstrate an understanding of SMART goals by providing a coherent and logical SMART goals table- 10 marks.
c) SMART goals should demonstrate how the student will develop the HSP skills up to a master's degree, considering the specific relevant time-bound aspects- 10 marks.
Demonstration of academic skills; formatting and referencing 10 marks.
a) Students should demonstrate an understanding of academic writing (including academic tone) when performing critical reflective analysis.
b) Students should demonstrate the knowledge of Harvard referencing style - 10 marks.
