Part 1 – Case study analysis (3000 words)

NHS of England Is one of the largest sectors of the countery with tremendous number of challenges that the require continuous change models application to adapt with it ever chanining environment. 

For this part of the assignment, you are required to critically review a change process within National Health Sector (NHS) in England. Specifically, outline the main causes/drivers of change within the sector, critically review current practices and models of change, and propose a way forward plan/recommendations. 

You are required in your critical revie/discussion to:

  • Outline the background to the current change needs (what drives these changes? e.g., enhancing service processing time, service accessibility, quality, staff wellbeing etc).
  • Appraise/critically review the organisation’s approach/strategy/model to the management of these changes.
  • Produce a justified recommendation as to the lessons learned from the change process which will enable change to be more effectively planned in the future.

Throughout your work you advised to use relevant theories, models and concepts reviewed during the course of the module as a focus for your analysis.
