Section B: Introduction 

This assessment will focus on developing students' ability to understand their personality, through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), assist individuals in presenting themselves effectively during job interviews and addressing questions like 'tell me about yourself'. Additionally, how does identifying one's personality type relate to uncovering their preferred career anchor? It will be a portfolio of one 2000-word reflection essay about themselves and their preferred career. All written assignments will be submitted online via My Second Teacher. 

This will enable students to develop confidence and expertise about themselves and their career progression, and will contribute to their understanding of how students approach the completion of their university journey. It is essential to reflect on how the student has evolved as an individual since they embarked on their studies and how they are now.
