Personal Development Assignment 

The task is to create a narrated presentation of your personal Development Plan, 20 minutes duration.  

The presentation requires you to think about the skills required by employers and to use your Personal Development Plan to improve your own skills and employability. In addition, it is important to have an awareness of professional standards and ethical practices in work associated with all career choices. Students are required to include notes for the slides within their PowerPoint (note section), which includes in-text citations and referencing.

You are required to:

Individually create a Personal Development Plan using Microsoft PowerPoint. This should include the following:

• A reflection of your academic achievements to date
• Your career aspiration
• How your academic plans contribute towards reaching your career aspirations
• Skills required by employers
• Priority of Skills
• Entry level to middle management over 5 years
• Professional and ethical competencies you will need to develop to achieve career goals.
• Legal barriers to entry

Record a presentation of your Personal Development Plan lasting approximately 20 minutes, using Microsoft PowerPoint. The presentation must include notes, in-text citations and referencing, with a minimum of 10 good-quality and relevant references. The first slide should show your face and narration. The following slides only need to include a narration.

Saving and uploading your work: 

Your work should be saved as Your PNumber and then your name.
