This assessment invites you to address the following tasks:

Task C: Individual report 

Word Limit The total word limit for this assessment C is 2500 words.
Weighting This assessment is worth 70% of the total marks available for this module

Submission of Assessment Your assignment must be submitted electronically via Turnitin by the given deadline.  You will find a Turnitin link on the module’s eLP site under ‘Assessment’. It is your responsibility to ensure that your assessment is submitted by the submission deadline stated. Penalties apply for late submissions
Provision of feedback Written feedback will be provided on within 20 working days after the given deadline.

Assessment C - Individual Analytical and Reflective Report (70%)

  1. Each student will submit an Individual Analytical and Reflective Report (2,500 words) as a single document on business simulation.
  2. This is a critical and reflective report utilising data and evidence from all five rounds of business. This should outline the final company performance as a shareholder report.
  3. The report must include a front page, table of contents, introduction to the company, Annual company performance, Learning (critical analysis of company strategies and your team decisions), personal and team reflections, conclusion and list of references.
  4. You should include appendices as the supporting data and can include screenshots from the simulation output, tables and graphs. However, your report must includes graphs of key data to support the explanation of performance. Please note that Key graphs and tables should appear in the body of your work.

Teamwork is essential for success in the LD7191 simulation module, as it encourages diverse perspectives and collaborative decision-making. Regular attendance is key to ensuring all team members stay aligned and contribute effectively to the simulation.
Missing sessions can negatively impact both team and individual performance, potentially leading to lower marks. Additionally, poor attendance may result in weaker individual assessments, as important information and learning opportunities are missed.
