ITS62904 Business Process Change: Document V1.1.2 

1. The system must record the client's full address (including city zone and state, e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Selangor), multiple contact methods (e.g., email, phone, WhatsApp, holographic messaging), and preferred travel language for personalized notifications and regional marketing campaigns.
2. The system needs to track staff performance, particularly data scientists and cultural ambassadors, identifying which staff members have contributed to the most accurate AI predictions and highest tourist satisfaction through AR-guided cultural routes. This includes tracking AI model performance, ride bookings, tourist feedback scores, and cultural event participation per staff member.
3. Revenue Projections: The platform requires the system to record revenue from ride bookings, service reservations, subscription plans, tokenized mobility credits, and merchandise sales. Ensure all necessary information is stored to compute these calculations efficiently, including dynamic pricing adjustments, sustainability incentives, and local taxes (e.g., SST in Malaysia).
4. Final Requirement: Open suggestion from your team to include 2 more requirements that would be an added advantage for the system. Include these requirements in Business Process Change V1.5.1 (e.g., AI-driven AR tourist safety alerts, real-time heatwave risk assessment for 2025 climate conditions)

ITS62904 Tasks: 

A. Design:

1. Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) - Map the entities with appropriate relationships. 
2. Physical Model → Provide the necessary information for a relational database model to ensure data integrity (primary keys, foreign keys, data types including support for dynamic pricing, sustainability scores, blockchain tokens, and API data). 
3. Enhanced Entity-Relationship Diagram (EER) -Capture the intricate relationships between entities and consider the concept of inheritance for brand specific packages.

D. Analysing database structure and designing useful reports:

15. Prepare five (5) different types of reports using SQL query language. These reports should demonstrate your ability to analyze data stored in various tables and provide meaningful insights for the transportation platform in 2025. Examples might include sustainability trends by route, AI model accuracy during monsoon seasons, or tourist sentiment analysis from chatbot logs with AR tour feedback. The mark allocation for this section is based on the complexity and depth of the analysis.

E. Unforeseen challenges:

16. Discuss the potential challenges and database modifications required if the platform must adapt to a sudden rollout of 6G networks in 2025, requiring real-time integration with new AI models for ultra-low latency traffic coordination and stricter data privacy regulations due to Malaysia's updated Digital Economy Blueprint.

17. Prepare a video presentation for marketing purposes to attract more tourists to KL, Malaysia and correlate it to Section D. 

Requirements: 

Minimum -2 minutes, no online videos, all members of the group should be seen in the video, must be uploaded in YouTube and the link should only be shared during the submission. Unique creative ideas will be awarded more marks.

Marks Tabulation process: 

Students should note that the database design directly impacts the development process. Poor design decisions will affect implementation and rollout, leading to a reduction in marks across both design and development sections. Inaccurate or

ITS62904 Assessment Marking:
