Technological advances continue to drive changes in the nature of work and businesses as well  as  the  foundation  influencing  people practitioners’  understanding  of  their  professional roles in the contemporary workplace. Organisations that lead these technological revolutions create new high-tech jobs and roles for their workforce, and they provide more support and opportunities to their employees for continuous up skilling and reskilling. According to Coetzee and Veldsman (2022) digital transformations of the workplace in the post-pandemic workplace have increased the need for digitally agile people practitioners to assist  managers  and  employees  build  organisational  cultures  that  recognise  emerging technologies.

As a result, a contemporary organisational culture is expected to lean toward key technology-enabled service roles and several intrapersonal, interpersonal, intradigital and  interdigital  qualities  to  bring  to  the  digital-driven  workplace  (Coetzee  &  Veldsman, 2022).1 Following the findings of Coetzee and Veldsman’s (2022) study, you are required to discuss ONE key role as well as ONE intrapersonal, ONE interpersonal, ONE intradigital, and ONE interdigital skill and attribute for future-fit people practitioners. In your discussion, explain each role,  skill  and  attribute  with  appropriate  in-text  references.  Furthermore,  provide  a  South African context when you write. Lastly, use appropriate paragraphs when you write (no bullets allowed).
