PART 1: JOURNAL ARTICLE REVIEW (20%)

(2020), as a reference to conduct an in-depth interview (online or face-to-face) with 2 (TWO) senior assistant teachers who have been teaching for more than five years at any school/institution to address the following research objective/research question:

To examine the teachers' perceptions of the school principal's leadership qualities.

What are the teachers' perceptions of the school principal's leadership qualities?

In your report, you need to include the following elements.

1. The profile of the participants. Write in detail the profile of these two participants to be written descriptively (NOT in table form).

PART 3: ONLINE CLASS PARTICIPATION (10%)

This part requires students to participate actively in the myINSPIRE eforum. Discuss the following topics in the forum and submit proof of your participation with your tutor and peers in the eforum online discussions:

1. Discuss the differences between transformational leadership and transactional leadership styles.

Objektif tugasan adalah untuk menghubungkan amalan kepimpinan pendidikan dengan kajian dan penyelidikan kes terpilih, mengkaji persepsi guru terhadap kualiti kepimpinan pengetua sekolah melalui temu bual mendalam dengan dua orang guru penolong kanan, dan terlibat secara aktif dalam perbincangan kelas dalam talian mengenai topik yang diberikan.

BAHAGIAN 1: SEMAKAN ARTIKEL JURNAL (20%)

Semak artikel jurnal berikut tentang kualiti kepimpinan pengetua sekolah.

BAHAGIAN 3: PENYERTAAN KELAS DALAM TALIAN (10%)

3. Terangkan bagaimana pemimpin sekolah boleh membina kepercayaan dan kerjasama dalam kalangan guru dan kakitangan.
4. Bincangkan peranan kepimpinan beretika dalam mengurus cabaran dalam persekitaran sekolah.
