You should choose one Multinational Company (MNC) from the list below and complete all the tasks about the chosen MNC.

Task 1: Provide a critical overview of why the chosen MNC should demonstrate responsible citizenship and leadership and discuss the factors that both support and constrain its efforts to achieve these goals (worth 20% of the overall mark; 500 words).

Task 2: Critically evaluate how the chosen MNC addresses the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS). Provide a critical analysis of key actions and approaches implemented by the company in pursuit of the SDGS, examining the effectiveness of the actions (worth 30% of the overall mark; 750 words).

Task 3: Using the Shared Value Framework, propose three initiatives/actions the chosen MNC could implement in a specific country to advance the SDGS, detailing how these actions will benefit both the company and local stakeholders (worth 30% of the overall mark; 750 words).

Task 4: Examine the response of leadership at the chosen MNC to an ethical challenge, evaluating the effectiveness of their actions by applying a relevant theoretical framework (worth 20% of the overall mark; 500 words).
