4.5 Individual Tutorials
You may have two 30-minute tutorials for this module if you wish. Please email the relevant member of staff and suggest a couple of days and times to meet. Staff are happy to meet outside the standard UK working times if necessary, but evening meetings will have to be timetabled around their personal commitments and may not be possible. Once the date and time of the tutorial are agreed, the lecturer will send you a meeting invitation through the Outlook calendar. It is unlikely that staff will be able to meet at weekends.
It is important to make the best possible use of your tutorial. If you'd like to discuss an essay plan, for example, please email it to the lecturer 48 hours beforehand, not including the weekend or public holidays, so that they have had time to read it and think about it before the meeting. Alternatively, you might have some questions or concerns to discuss, and again emailing at least some of them in advance will mean the lecturer will be able to be better prepared for the meeting.
You can find more information about the individual tutorials in the Programme Handbook.
