For this summative assignment, you are required to prepare an individual report. You are asked to select a real-life project. There are many real-life projects, like the Belo Monte Dam case we studied in our workshops. You can select a project that was completed or that is still ongoing in the UK or any other country.

  • Students should select an engineering or construction project. The project may be based in the United Kingdom or another country.

You are the project manager for the project you selected. You need to produce a
Report with your key stakeholder engagement approach for the project. The audience for your report is the project sponsors. The sponsors are reasonably familiar with the project. However, your audience deals with several projects and policy issues and is very busy. You can structure the report as you think best, but it needs to be in a professional format.
