As a newly appointed Manager of Corporate Development, you are required to prepare a BUSINESS REPORT framework for the company’s products OR services to be presented to the Management Committee.

The report needs to include, at the very least, the following contents:

1. Prefatory Items (Title Page, Executive Summary, Table of Contents)
2. Introduction (Background, Problem Statement, Research Objectives)
3. Methodology (Sampling Design, Research Design, Data Collection, Data Analysis)
4. Findings (How the findings are to be Presented, Analysed and Evaluated)
5. Conclusions and Recommendations
6. Bibliography (using APA referencing)

(Note: You do not need to use any actual data for item 4 but need to describe how findings are to be Presented, Analysed and Evaluated)

Submission Requirements:

1. The research paper should be typed-written with 12-point Times New Roman font, 1.5 spacing
2. Proper citation and referencing using APA style are required.
