Your role is to play the part of a Cadet Planner employed by the fictional City of Proper Land Council to approve and/or not to approve, and/or provide advice on Development Applications (DA) in the Local Government Area (LGA) of Proper Land Council.

On first inspection you have a fairly reasonable suspicion that the proposal will not comply with the City of Proper Land Council’s Development Control Plan (DCP) for multiple dwellings.
Your specific task is to check if the DA (DWG 01 to 07) complies with a summarised version of the City of Proper Land council’s DCP for Multiple Dwellings.
