The focus of this assessment is on development and implementation of human resource (HR) plans, drawing on the HR implications identified in Assessment 1.
In this Assessment you need to detail the implementation of a strategic HR plan for your organisation and how your organisation could go about utilising the human resource management (HRM) function to assist the organisation with achievement of its strategic objectives.
A range of HRM functions are to be discussed in detail and applied to the strategic HR plan for your subject organisation. These should form the basis of your HR plan for your subject organisation.
Assessment 2 also requires an overview of how to implement an HR plan for your organisation.
You should include examples from the strategic plan for your organisation as appropriate to support your answers along with further research of your own on your chosen company.
You may make assumptions about your selected organisation as long as they are clearly explained and reasonable.
Consider the following HR management areas and discuss three (3) of the following concepts and how they could be applied to the organisation you selected in Assessment 1:
