An individual 2,000-word strategic report to present a change plan based on a case organisation (Assesses Learning Outcomes 3 and 4):
- Evaluate 4 key factors (2 internal and 2 external) affecting strategic leadership and change using value chain analysis for internal factors and Porter’s Five Forces for external factors, all based on the provided case organisation.
- Propose and evaluate 2 strategic change options using data from the internal and external analysis of the provided case organisation with a focus on their short-term and long-term implications.
