Poster and Vlog Assessment

• Strategic Poster with 2 minute supporting Vlog based on an organisation of the students choice (excluding British Airways).
• The poster will require you to present a situational analysis of an organisation of your choosing utilising strategic tools presented to you throughout the module e.g. Pestel, porters five forces, SWOT and bowmans clock. These figures and tables will need to be accompanied by supporting text. 
• The 2 minute informal Vlog will involve you making strategic recommendations to the organisation based on your analysis presented in the poster
• The poster and Vlog will be submitted together in one file through Turnitin on 26th April at 2pm. To do this you must follow the following instructions:

1. 1. The poster can be created in whatever software you are most comfortable with. Some suggestions include PowerPoint, Canva and Word.
   2. Your 2 minute supporting Vlog will need to be recorded via zoom. It is critical that you open Zoom, share your screen so that the poster is visible, press record, wait 30 seconds and then communicate your 2 minute strategic recommendations. It is important that you do this so that when we mark your work we can see the information you have included in the poster and can also listen to your 2 minute recommendations.  
   3. This one media file must then be uploaded to the submission point 

• Seminars will be focused on refining your understanding of the strategic tools required, how to provide strategic recommendations, how to create a poster and how to present Vlogs.
